Abstract
The Adaptive and Scalable AI-Driven Training Platform for Manufacturing aims to revolutionize workforce training by integrating advanced AI technology with customizable, adaptive learning modules. The platform uses interactive 3D AI avatars to deliver personalized training experiences, allowing companies to upload their specific content—such as videos, photos, and documents—which the platform organizes into coherent learning paths. By incorporating real-time monitoring, multilingual capabilities, and demographic adaptability, the system ensures effective training outcomes across various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, and capital goods manufacturing. This cloud-based solution reduces reliance on in-person trainers and physical materials, while also enhancing safety compliance and workforce readiness. Through its scalability and cost-effectiveness, the platform bridges the gap between traditional training methods and the evolving needs of modern manufacturing environments. With pilot implementations in Lithuania and Turkey, the project aims to demonstrate its global applicability and transformative potential.
