Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), the Korean financing agency, is gearing up for an event in Seoul on October 30 and November 1 to promote EUREKA and its various instruments.
Korea Eureka Day is designed to foster the growth of the international technology cooperation network between Korea and Europe. Its primary objectives include identifying international partners for joint research and collaborative projects between global academic institutions and industries.
In pursuit of these goals, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy of Korea, in collaboration with the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology, has been hosting Korea Eureka Day annually since 2010, following Korea’s membership in Eureka in 2009. This year, in 2023, the event returns to Korea for the first time in eight years, attracting participants from both European and non-European countries to Seoul.
