EXTRAORDINARY RESULTS ON SMART’S 1ST CALL FPP PHASE
11th of June was the deadline for the submission of Full Project Proposals (FPPs) to SMART’s 1st Call for Projects.
Results have been extraordinary!!! 26 FPPs have been received with 128 different participants from 11 countries, mainly from the industry (SMEs 47%; Large Companies 37%).
The total budget of all 26 projects sums up to a total of 46 million euro divided by countries as follows: Spain (42%), Portugal, Sweden and Turkey (12% each), South Korea (8%) and Czech Republic and Ireland (4% each). Austria, the Flanders Region of Belgium, Germany and Slovakia are also represented in some of the projects.
FPPs have already been sent to evaluators and National Funding Authorities (NFAs) for their assessment and SMART labelling results will be reported on the 20th of July.
